Terms of Service

1. Booking & Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the agreed-upon advance payment. Vicky Wedding Rides reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a 50% retention of the advance. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.

3. Vehicle Usage

Vehicles are provided strictly for the purpose and duration specified in the booking. Usage for illegal activities, overcrowding beyond seating capacity, or transport of hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Damage & Liability

The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle's interior or exterior by the client or their guests (excluding normal wear and tear). Vicky Wedding Rides is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

5. Chauffeur Protocol

Our chauffeurs are trained professionals. They are required to follow all traffic laws and safety protocols. Any request to violate these laws will be declined.
